  • 1. Experience in CFD code development and simulation.
  • 2. Good knowledge of turbulent flows and their modeling.
  • 3. Guide a team of graduate students and research assistants.

Qualification : PhD in Aerospace or Mechanical Engg. from a reputed institution

PhD student

  • 1. Good background in fluid mechanics and gas dynamics.
  • 2. Experience in CFD simulation will be preferred.
  • 3. Analytical and computational skills recommended.

Qualification : BE/BTech/MTech in Aerospace or Mechanical Engg. from a reputed institution

Research assistant

  • 1. Interest in CFD code development and simulation.
  • 2. Interest in computer hardware and software.
  • 3. Keen to learn High performance computing and grid generation.

Qualification : BE/BTech in Aerospace or Mechanical Engg. from a reputed institution

Undergraduate research student

  • 1. Strong foundation in fluid mechanics and applied mathematics.
  • 2. Keen to work in a group with other BTech and PhD students.
  • 3. Willing to work for two semesters on a research problem.

Qualification :Second year BTech students from Aerospace Engg. at IIT
